I completely did not have that place on my radar😅

Looks geographically predestined for that kind of role and reinforces the idea idea, that the technological center of Europe will be moved to the east after all European states kind of failed at innovating in terms of software and are now increasingly failing industrially. The EU will be the biggest loser in all of the changes happening right now.

$21 Trillion Black Budget is Funding a Rogue Breakaway Civilization | Catherine Fitts

Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and financial expert, often discusses what she calls "Mr. Global"—a term she uses to describe the centralized network of elites who she believes control much of the global economy, financial systems, and political power structures.

Who is "Mr. Global" According to Fitts?

Fitts does not point to a single individual but rather to a collective of powerful entities, including:

Central bankers (e.g., Federal Reserve, IMF, BIS)

Global financial institutions (e.g., major investment banks like Goldman Sachs, BlackRock)

Multinational corporations (especially those in Big Tech, Big Pharma, and defense)

Wealthy oligarchs & old-money families (e.g., Rothschilds, Rockefellers—though she doesn't always name specific families)

Intelligence agencies & deep state operatives (e.g., CIA, MI6, shadow networks)

Fitts' Key Concerns About "Mr. Global"

Financial Control – She argues that central banks and financial elites manipulate markets, currencies, and debt to consolidate power.

Surveillance & AI – Fitts warns about the rise of digital IDs, CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies), and AI-driven social credit systems.

The "Permanent War Economy" – She believes endless wars (e.g., Iraq, Ukraine) are profit-driven schemes for elites.

Depopulation & Eugenics – Fitts has suggested that globalists may have agendas tied to reducing population growth (e.g., through pandemics, vaccines, or economic collapse).

Real Estate & Land Grabs – She highlights how financial elites buy up land and housing to control resources.

MKUltra

MKUltra was a covert CIA program launched in 1953 to develop mind control techniques, often through unethical human experimentation. The program involved administering psychoactive drugs like LSD to unwitting subjects, alongside methods such as hypnosis and sensory deprivation. It aimed to create tools for interrogation and psychological manipulation but resulted in severe harm, including long-term mental health issues and deaths. The program was exposed in the 1970s, sparking widespread condemnation for its violations of human rights.

Operation Northwoods

Operation Northwoods was a proposed false flag operation by the U.S. Department of Defense in 1962. It suggested staging terrorist attacks against American civilians and military targets, then blaming Cuba to justify military intervention. Plans included hijackings, bombings, and fake casualties. Although approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, President John F. Kennedy rejected the proposal, and it was never implemented.

Operation Paperclip

Operation Paperclip was a secret U.S. program after World War II that recruited over 1,600 German scientists, many with Nazi affiliations, to work on American military and space projects. Notable figures like Wernher von Braun contributed significantly to advancements such as NASA's Apollo missions. However, the operation remains controversial due to its ethical implications.

Operation Fast & Furious

This was a failed U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) operation where firearms were sold to suspected traffickers in hopes of tracing them to Mexican drug cartels. Many of these weapons were lost track of and later linked to crimes, including the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

Operation Mockingbird

Operation Mockingbird was an alleged CIA initiative during the Cold War to influence media outlets and journalists to spread propaganda favorable to U.S. interests. Though never fully confirmed, declassified documents suggest significant CIA involvement in media manipulation.

Tuskegee Experiments

The Tuskegee Syphilis Study (1932–1972) involved unethical medical research on African American men with syphilis in Alabama. Researchers withheld treatment even after penicillin became available, leading to unnecessary suffering and deaths.

Waco

The Waco siege (1993) involved a standoff between federal agents and the Branch Davidians religious group in Texas. The 51-day conflict ended in a fire that killed 76 people, including children, raising questions about government use of force.

Ruby Ridge

Ruby Ridge (1992) was a deadly standoff between federal agents and Randy Weaver's family in Idaho over firearms charges. The incident resulted in civilian deaths and fueled anti-government sentiment.

Building 7

The collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 on September 11, 2001, has fueled conspiracy theories due to its unexpected fall and lack of direct impact from the attacks.

Gulf of Tonkin

The Gulf of Tonkin incident (1964) involved disputed naval encounters between North Vietnam and the U.S., used to justify escalating U.S. involvement in Vietnam. Later evidence suggested key details were exaggerated or fabricated.

Chicago Black Sites

Chicago police allegedly operated secret detention facilities where suspects were held without legal counsel or documentation, raising concerns about human rights abuses.

Flint Water Crisis

Beginning in 2014, Flint, Michigan's water supply was contaminated with lead due to cost-cutting measures. Government negligence worsened the crisis, affecting thousands of residents' health.

Iran-Contra Affair

A political scandal during the Reagan administration involving secret arms sales to Iran (despite an embargo) to fund Contra rebels in Nicaragua, violating congressional restrictions.

Gary Webb

Journalist Gary Webb investigated links between CIA-backed Nicaraguan Contras and crack cocaine distribution in U.S. cities during the 1980s. His work sparked controversy but faced intense backlash.

NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act)

Certain provisions of the NDAA have been criticized for enabling indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without trial under terrorism suspicions.

Patriot Act

Enacted after 9/11, this law expanded government surveillance powers but has been criticized for infringing on civil liberties and privacy rights.

Bilderberg Group

An annual meeting of influential figures from politics, business, and media often criticized for its secrecy and alleged role in shaping global agendas without public accountability.

Guantanamo Bay
